Job Description

  • Business partnering with the executive management team, identifying, advising and delivering integrated communications and engagement activities.
  • Collaborating with marketing, media, PR and sales teams to ensure strong programme strategies and business plans are delivered
  • Providing communications oversight across the business and programmes, to tap into connections and help with collaboration
  • Offering strategic guidance on customer personas, appropriate channel and messaging mixes to effectively communicate and engage
  • Aligning with the corporate narrative and tone of voice, taking a lead in drafting speeches, quotes and internal messages to positively profile NHS SBSs leadership and expertise.
  • Working with the team, HR and direct reports, plan and execute key employee communications campaigns and events through developed and enhanced communication channels that support the business programmes and objectives.
  • Managing direct reports to deliver content on internal digital channels - manager intranet, employee website, employee Facebook, Yammer etc.
What youll bring:
  • Established communications experience in medium to large B2B organisations or agencies.
  • Experience in delivering creative and impactful internal communications strategies and programs across highly matrixed organisations with geographically dispersed employee base;
  • Strategic problem solver who is confident and credible with a senior leaders
  • Consistent record of leading and developing successful teams;
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, able to plan and prioritise work to successfully managing sophisticated projects
  • Good digital practitioner with the ability to make effective recommendations about how we should use latest digital tools and platforms to improve communications
