Job Description

I am working with a SaaS company within the retail merchandising industry.This client supplies software to large Supermarket clients globally and are looking to grow their client base further within the UK. They are a forward thinking and technology led company. There is the opportunity for the right candidate to really progresswithin this role.Client DetailsMy client is seeking a Business Analyst who has a background working in the Grocery Retail space, specifically within merchandising.This role is based in Leeds and offers hybrid working with 3-4 days in office.Description

  • As a Senior Business Analyst, youll work with internal teams and clients to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using a range of business analysis techniques.
  • Work closely with clients to manages and document all business requirements, process flows, use cases, testing scenarios and functional design specifications.
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
  • Provide leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others; articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others; identifying and initiating projects; managing resources; driving the resolution of issues; and holding selfand team accountable for results
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
  • Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
  • Assess business process and system inefficiencies
  • Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiation
  • Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact projectprogress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
Profile
  • Experience working at a large Supermarket/Grocery Retailer
  • Extensive experience working in a Business Analysis or similar role
  • Understanding of SaaS and IT systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management with experience in understanding stakeholder requirements
  • Worked in cross functional teams of developers, testers, designers (ui/ux) and other product individuals.
Job Offer
  • Salary range of £60,000-£75,000 depending on experience
