Job Description

SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD DEVELOPERLEEDS (hybrid)Up to £65,000 + bonusAre you an expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Are you a wizard at automating marketing campaigns across the omni-channel customer journeyJoin this leading retailers CRM team thats making waves through data and innovation!THE COMPANY:This is a well-known retail company with an excellent presence and a huge customer base. They have recently launched a new loyalty scheme, making waves across the industry, and they are now building their CRM function to support the Salesforce MarketingCloud platform.WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO

  • Help to build out and improve the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product offering
  • Work on designing, creating, and implementing different automated solutions and custom integrations
  • Design and create automated journeys in JourneyBuilder, as well as email templates and cloud pages
  • Lead on best practices within Salesforce, working with internal stakeholders with differing technical levels
  • Own the backlog of testing and working on new features within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR IN YOUYou will be expected to:
  • Be a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert, knowing the tools strengths, weaknesses, and different features
  • Have excellent technical skills, across SQL, AMPScript, API integration, HTML, JavaScript and/or CSS
  • Have experience in Marketing Cloud development, whether end-to-end or specific features
  • Have experience setting up omnichannel customer journeys and automations
  • Be an excellent communicator, able to handle stakeholders and liaise with different teams
  • Be a problem-solver with a curious mind, able to manage various projects and requests

  • Base salary up to £65,000
