Job Description

Sales SupportMorley (Leeds)£21,000 - £23,000 based on experienceImmediate Start9:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)The OpportunityIm now recruiting for a Sales Support position for my client who have recently moved to a new office just outside of Morley (Leeds)This is a chance to join a small yet efficient team in an internationally renowned company.The role entails elements of customer service, customer accounts & data entry. Intermediate experience with Excel is essential along with a good understanding of sales order processes.The site is accessible via public transport but having your own vehicle would prove more practical.Were recruiting with view to an almost immediate start with interviews scheduled for next week so time is of the essence!The Role

  • Assist the sales and operations teams to drive monthly outbound targets
  • Manage the outstanding customer sales order banks, to ensure delivery dates agreed are met with regular calls with our customers and dealers.
  • Process and update sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Action, manage and resolve account enquiries and feedback.
  • Ownership and management of emails and telephone calls within SLAs
  • Administration of sales processing and related tasks
  • Analysis and reporting of internal sales data.
  • Responsible for efficient and successful resolution for service issues to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support the Customer Experience Manager with B2C enquiries and bookings where necessary.
  • Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure requested delivery bookings are met on time and in full.
  • Maintaining up to date contact details and log of communications within the company CRM system for all accounts.
  • Support the Sales and Operations teams in driving and communicating promotional activity
  • Provide support for showsliaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveries and collections
  • Drive consumer enquiries to accounts and / or the NSMs.
  • Support the on-boarding of new accounts
Knowledge, skills & experience essential:
  • Must be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and/or NetSuite would be advantageous however not essential
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to deal with challenging conversations
  • Have professionalism, confidence, and ability to work under own initiative
  • Experience of working in a team and a dynamic office environment.
  • High level of product knowledge (training will be provided on this)
  • Planning and organizational skills essential
