Job Description

Role: Sales ManagerSalary : £50,000 + BonusLocation: LeedsPermanent full timeThe businessA leader in design, sourcing, manufacture and distribution for sports brands around the world. They are currently growing exponentially and are looking for a sales Manger to keep up with the growth.The roleThey are looking for a sales manager to come into the business to lead the sales team and develop the sales strategy. This person will require substantial sales experience in previous roles who is now looking for an office-based role. Supporting and trainingindividuals in order to increase sales from new business and existing business. This is not a sales role and you will not be selling or speaking to clients, you will be responsible for the sales team.Main responsibilities

  • Lead a team of account managers and business development managers
  • Develop a sales strategy
  • Support and develop the team
  • Create individual and team KPIs
  • Liaise between different departments in order to align the business goals
  • Create Training plans
  • Complete 1 to 1 reviews and discuss targets and goals set
Experience and skills
  • 15 years sales experience
  • Leading a sales team
  • Understanding of sales techniques
  • Supported colleagues in the past
  • Developed sales strategy
  • Liaised with multiple departments to create a main goal
