Job Description

LifeSearch are looking for a number of new Advisers (Searchers) to come and join our award winning and highly successful team in Leeds. If you want to be rewarded for the work you do, have the ability to earn uncapped commission and are willing to go theextra mile to ensure our clients have the best possible cover, this could be the role you have been looking for!What will you do

  • Speak to warm leads and ensure you find them the best cover for our clients
  • Speak to around 80 leads a day
  • Once your training is completed work from the office 2-3 days per week
What we need from you
  • Experience or not we want to hear from you if you are passionate and driven
  • Have great customer service skills
  • Be a good listener and have great attention to detail
  • Have good IT skills

  • We start with a £25k base salary, uncapped commission from day one plus a potential quarterly bonus once you have passed your 6 month probation.
