Sales Administrator required to work within a fast-paced firm based on the outskirts of Leeds. We are looking for somebody to start as soon as possible. Previous Sales Order Processing is preferred.You will need previous experience of sales order processing and be able to enter data quickly and accurately working on an internal system, Outlook and Microsoft Office packages. A good telephone manner is essential as well as a good level of customer service. The main duties will include processing and tracking sales orders, organising postage and exports, checking pricing on the internal system. Taking orders/order queries over the phone and you will also be responding to high volumes of emails through Outlook.The ideal candidate would have:
