SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER£22K BasicOTE £50K+Warm Lead ConversionDue to our business growth and to ensure we service or opportunities. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team, at our office based in Leeds.We supply high quality service levels on extended vehicle warranties for all makes and models to private individuals as well as independent dealers.This role would suit someone who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. You will be the main point of contact and you will be providing the customer with the best service possible every step of the way. Your role will entail: Working from a dialler on warm leads Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for current leads. Managing call backs and individual workload. Handling and overcoming objections for both Private and Renewal customers. Target driven, maintain KPIs and hit monthly revenue/ sale targets. Abiding to Company rules, standards and GDPR. Exhausting and maximizing leads. Using your initiative when quoting customers to upsell. Deliver excellent customer service. Working to a high standard. Having fun and enjoying what you do whilst treating the company and your colleagues with respect.Providing you are committed and motivated to your role, you will have the potential to earn great commission from generated leads with set KPIs, training and support to ensure you do well. We are looking for talented individuals who are committed to living our values and delivering an excellent service to our customers. You need to be energetic and dedicated to the role. As this is a challenging role, we need someone who is motivated to hit KPIs and doesnt let minor setbacks hinder their performance and has the ability to work unsupervised. A good proven sales background with closing and objection handling experience within a fast paced conversion sales environment will be a benefit for this opportunity, however please dont let this put you off if you have the drive and desire to learn anddo well. Motor Trade Experience - Desirable. But not essentialFull Training ProvidedThis role is Monday to Friday between 09.00am and 17.00pm.
