Job Description

A fantastic position within the dedicated Recoveries department of an award-winning specialist practice in Leeds has opened.The department has rapidly grown in line with wider business needs over the last few years and with a continuous flow of new workcoming through from its leading UK insurer clients, the team is busier than ever! The firm is looking to expand its dedicated Recoveries department with the addition of an experienced and enthusiastic fee earner or paralegal with previous experience dealing with Recoveries or ULR claims.You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive team and each fee earner is fully supported by the wider team. The role itself will see you managing your own caseload of Recoveries claims from instruction through to completion. You will have soundknowledge of RTA processes, liability issues and you willhave a good working knowledge relevant to case law and current legislation.There exist genuine opportunities for long term career progression, either into team leader roles or dealing with more complex cases on behalf of insurers.
