Job Description

RPA Developer - Insurance Leader - LeedsSearchDATA Group is currently looking to recruit an RPA Developer professional for a leading Legal Services organisation in central Leeds.A stand alone position, you will be working across multiple departments and will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve process and efficiencies to increase productivity, quality and release resource. Other responsibilities will include development existing finance and case management systems, utilising the support of 3rd party vendors and continually reviewing and improving core system functions.What we can offer

    • Tasks and Responsibilities:The RPA Developer will work with the team to ensure that the following team objectives are met:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes and systems used across the firm
  • Identify opportunities for RPA efficiency, data quality and risk reduction improvements
  • Follow and contribute to our RPA scorecard
  • Define current processes and data sets, providing As Is and To Be process maps to demonstrate to the business the impact of any RPA change prior to any development
  • Foster positive relations with all business areas where robotics is to be introduced
  • Partnering with our Business Change Managers to deliver successful project outcomes
  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UI Path technology to meet business and project objectives, ensuring rigorous testing is put in place and deployment expectations are set within our operational areas
  • Create both technical and support documentation for each RPA process prior to launch
  • Coordinate on-going support plans and appropriate documentation in preparation for effective transition of project deliverables into service, ensuring acceptance of ownership by the service areas
    • Qualifications and Experience:Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experienced in developing UI Path automations, including the use of Robotic Enterprise Framework and Document Understanding
  • Critical thinking, with practical experience of analysing and improving complex processes and data
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and adapt style to all levels of subject understanding; must have the ability to present complex processes in a format that can be easily understood by the intended audience
  • Excellent information gathering and verbal / written presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Visio and Excel
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent time and budget estimation and management skills
    • Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Experience of working in a legal environment with an understanding of the Solicitors Regulation Authoritys Accounts Rules and Code of Conduct
  • Experience of managing operational change within an insurance and / or claims environment
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification
