Job Description

At Fuel Card Services the customer is at the heart of everything we do and the service we deliver is fundamental to our growth. In this role, you will be the face of Fuel Card Services for our customers, maximising volume for each customer, answering any queries they may have and advising on our fantastic products and services. Building long lasting relationships, you will get to know our customers inside and out, allowing you to match our services to their requirements and ensuring you are forefront of mind when they look for additional products.Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, everlasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maximise each customers volumes
  • Cross / up sell additional services to reduce customer churn
  • Cater for customers every need and ensure they are getting the very best from our products.
  • Review and set weekly prices for your customers and handle any pricing queries.
  • Keep up to date with our new/enhanced products as they become available.
  • Develop solutions that benefit the business and the expectations of our customers.
  • Work towards individual and group targets in a vibrant, fun and friendly sales office.
