Brook Street is proud to be partnered with a brand-new French client who are a European leader in licensed pop culture merchandise. They are opening a brand-new store in Leeds and are looking for 2x Sales Advisers to join their team on a full-time permanentbasis.Key Responsibilities:" Sales / Cashing" Welcoming customers into the stores, fulfil their requests, and advise them." Suggest additional sales or substitute products" Develop customer loyalty." Finalise the sale and/or cash in." Present and propose the companys services and advantages." Keep the store clean and tidy." Put merchandise away." Contribute to merchandising." Take part in setting up sales operations." Participate in the department managers briefing.Sales management:" Check the quality and labelling of merchandise received." Set up merchandise and carry out the restocking." Prepare the inventory (isolate brands and products, highlight labels, etc.) and participate in store inventory." Perform laser counts to re-calibrate stock." Alert the Sales Manager to customer observations or complaints, shortages of certain items, lack of availability and stock levels." Help manage supplier returns.Person Specifications:" Teamwork" Initiative and autonomy" Resourceful and creative" Rigorous, organised, and adaptable." Good interpersonal skills."
