They have a first-rate reputation for delivering industry leading development by outside organisations that come into the firm to conduct training on a wide range of subject matters.The firm have an exciting client base, advising major household names and thus giving them a high-profile reputation while maintaining their identity as approachable, sociable, yet a professional firm.The RoleThe firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their office in Leeds.This department deals with good quality levels of work and you will act as a lead fee earner.You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of complex conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, deeds of easements, and rectification of titles as well as shared ownership, flats and residential development. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion.You will be provided with the tools to develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Residential Property team in a friendly and supportive environment.Requirements
