This role is ideal for people who want to make a real difference to children and young people`s lives and futures.Already qualified to, or willing to work towards, level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, you will be calm, engaging, resilient, and be motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.The residential home offers care for boys aged 11-18.
