The Role of Reporting Analyst The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for reporting across the SPP programme on performance against all KPIs. The lead will manage the monthly reporting cycle, producing SPP and programme reporting. The role will involve working with multiple stakeholdersacross the organisation and at all levels of the organisation to generate reports and management information. Typical Role Responsibilities: Produce the SPP performance report that is provided to the client, working closely with the Commercial Manager and Operations Director to provide a monthly report. Manage the monthly reporting process, ensuring all stakeholders are clear on requirements and deadlines. Manage the Power BI model(s) ensuring they are working to represent the source information and accurately represent the data provided. Own the KPI framework, regularly reviewing measures, performance and reviewing targets. Support in the creation and management of the SPP controls handbook, ensuring processes are documented and complied with. Support in the establishment of a data driven culture and help establish Stantec best practise reporting. Initiate and develop good relationships with key stakeholders across the SPP and with Yorkshire Water, taking the initiative to communicate at frequent intervals. Attending reviews with programme manager and commercial leads to discuss performance with YWS. Involved in production of reports and insight for YWS Business Planning and Yearly Budget Managing Programme Directory, distribution and access to reports Essential Skills: 3 years experience Programme reporting Have worked in a programme environment Power BIideally Be able to present and analyse reports Can engage with people Confident at questioning and challenging Strong stakeholder management Reporting onto Reporting Manager Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Work with best practice. Location: The role is remote with travel to Leeds office to start 2-3 days per week, which will reduce to 2-3 days per month.
