About the Role The Release Coordinator acts as a business and tech-savvy filter with two primary responsibilities. The Release Coordinator tracks and coordinates the application and technology product releases. Sources include vendor roadmaps, internal change plans androadmaps, external blogs and other relevant sources. From these, the Release Coordinator extracts imminent change details and works closely with the Application and Technologies Manager, enablement agents, champions and other stakeholders to determine impactof the change on the organisation and appropriate actions to take. The Release Coordinator is also responsible for finding, collecting and curating the master documentation and training library to drive increased digital dexterity and productivity.Main Responsibilities

  • Identify sources of product changes and usage, including technology vendor roadmaps, admin consoles messages, blogs, release notes and other relevant sources.
  • Monitor technology changes to develop a detailed understanding of forthcoming changes and new features.
  • Aggregate change information for triage and collaboration with peers to determine impact and appropriate action.
  • Build and manage the resources library to include roadmaps, videos, how-tos, FAQs, tips and tricks, known issues and success stories.
  • Collaborate with team governance and corporate communications to execute multi-channel enablement campaigns to drive technology adoption and build digital dexterity.
  • Collaborate with application engineers and product managers or champions to adjust configuration as applicable to delay or configure changes.
  • Support the governance process by documenting decisions, release timelines and recommended actions.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience with corporate communications, technical or editorial writing
  • Working knowledge of enterprise IT services, technologies and processes
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and other technologies
  • Experience with organizational change management processes
