Job Description

Job Title: Registered Manager Outstanding Childrens HomeLocation: LeedsSalary: £41,000 - £54,000 DOE Prospero are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager for a childrens residential home just outside Leeds City Centre. This home caters to up to five children aged 6-12 with SEMH needs and developmental traumas. As the leader, youll overseeday-to-day operations and team development, ensuring compliance to work to retain the Outstanding OFSTED rating. We are open to receiving applications from Deputy Managers ready to take the next step.Brief:Prospero looking for a committed Registered Manager to join an outstanding company providing a mid-term home for children to overcome childhood traumas. Youll need at least three years management experience in a Childrens Residential Setting, a Level 5in leadership and management, a minimum Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification, and a proven track record with OFSTED.a valid driving license is essential for this role Key Points:

  • 39 hours/week with flexibility for smooth home operations.

Requirements for the role:
  • Level 5 or Equivalent in Residential Childcare: Leadership & Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a Residential Childrens Home.
  • Excellent knowledge of Childrens Home Regulations (2015).
  • Proven Ofsted track record.
  • Leadership in childrens residential services
