Job Description

Consult is proud to be working in partnership with one of our closest clients in Dental, an industry leading, global manufacturer and one-stop supplier to the Dental Aesthetics industry. Our client has built up clear, market-leading positions in over 100countries worldwide, developing and manufacturing cutting-edge technologies for the past 20+ years.They are seeking an energetic Regional Sales Manager to be a core part of a growing team and successfully drive revenues, visibility & performance of the portfolio throughout the North of England.With a strong remuneration package and clear scope for career development, this is a truly exciting opportunity with an global innovation leader.Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Sales Force and Department Heads regarding market potential within the assigned Region, preparing and implementing sales forecasts as required. Propose and implement action plans, which ensure that the sales goals are attained or exceeded.
  • Identify and develop key relationships within your region, understand key processes within each account to engage at appropriate times with regards to buying patterns and introduction of new products
  • Supervise and evaluate activities of Territory Managers, providing training, advice, leadership, coaching , guidance and feedback to achieve the established objectives of the region. This includes co-travelling with direct reports.
  • Liaise with leadership across the organization, Marketing & Education, HQ, Customer Services & Finance to ensure that sales objectives and activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
  • Review and analyse regional sales, reporting any product issues, loss or potential loss of key customers, or competitive sales strategies, which negatively or positively affect Regional sales. Advise about and ensure corrective action is implemented.
  • Maintain and grow business with customers in the region to ensure that business opportunities are maximized.
  • Responsible in collaboration with HR for leadership, recruitment, selection, development and performance management of direct reports.
About You:
  • Degree educated or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience within the Dental / Medical Device industry is preferable
  • Significant sales/commercial leadership experience
  • Analytical background
  • Experience of working within a referral network and proven results of business growth.
  • Experience of providing innovative, thought provoking solutions to business issues.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
