Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - North of England Salary: Negotiable basic, company car / allowance and excellent uncapped commission structure but a realistic year one on target earnings of £70,000 Location: Home based roleBackground: Over the last 10 years, the UK has experienced exponential growth of pre-bottled water as consumers seek a healthier alternative to carbonated sugar drinks. In the last 2 years, there has been a growing awareness of the devastation caused by plastic wastein our rivers, seas and oceans and the impact that is having on natural habitats and wildlife.Luqel water is a unique and radical different water solution designed for the out of home market. Instead of filling, transporting pre bottled water over 100s of miles, Luqel is designed to provide market leading filtration and remineralisation from themains water. For the first time, consumers can drink health, clean water that tastes fantastic straight from the tap.Luqel target the workplace, HORECA and leisure industry with the objective of providing a water ecosystem that includes a Water Station, Digital app-based water coach and a Stylish NFC enabled refillable bottle.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to forge and implement the sales strategy for the business
  • To generate new revenue in agreed verticals
  • To utilise your personal network and understanding of targeted markets to devise strategic and credible business development plans
  • Attending tradeshows and relevant networking forums to develop the businesses brand in the targeted markets
  • Budgeting, planning and presenting sales results on a periodic basis
  • Forging positive long-lasting relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Negotiating agreements for contracts with customers to ensure a commercial outcome
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Identifying valuable and viable emerging markets to target
  • Full responsibility of all sales compliance processes across the business ensuring company and statutory standards and laws are being adhered to at all times
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in successfully selling a high-profile ideally technical/solution sale type product in the B2B markets
  • You will be able to demonstrate leadership and success
  • Be of an entrepreneurial mindset, commercially savvy and be truly driven to succeed
  • Based along the along the M62 corridor from Liverpool to Leeds.
  • Must work well under pressure, be extremely organised and willing to go the extra mile
  • Polished and well presented
  • Excellent understanding of all sales processes
  • Organised, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Well-rounded interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Maintaining effective relationships, focusing on customer needs and being able to gain their commitment
  • Establishing clear, challenging and achievable objectives
