Regional Accounts ManagerWest Yorkshire£50K PackageCar + CommissionThis an opportunity for a passionate individual to work as a Regional Manager for a recruitment agency. Our client is an established recruitment business with over a decade of trading behind them. They operate within the Industrial and volume markets and have a turnover more than £40M. They have a branch network complemented by multiple onsite operations.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Accounts Manager to join the team to manage the day to day running of the West Yorkshire Region. The region comprises 4 locations and up to 20 Contract Managers who will need to be closely managed, staffed and maintained. Reporting to the board of directors you will be responsible for:• Multi-site management• The day-to-day management of a large team of delivery consultants, on-site personnel and account managers• Reviews, appraisals, one to one meetings • P&L’s• Hiring recruiters to deliver • Managing senior client relationships and ensuring that service delivery agreements are understood by the team.• Autonomous decision makingTo succeed in this role, you will be personable, approachable, capable, ambitious and a people person.
