Job Description

Our client are a leading Facilities Management Service Provider who are looking to appoint a Regional Administration Manager to manage a team of FM administrators across 2 sites in Yorkshire.Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on the role of a people manager, ensuring a motivated and efficient team while providing leadership and support.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in CAFM systems as well as Microsoft Office and carrying
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Line manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Engage with customers and build interpersonal relationships both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate the allocation and scheduling of PPMs and reactive work orders.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in facilities management.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of the difference between PPM/Reactive/Quoted works
  • Excellent IT skills with proven knowledge of CAFM systems, Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • Positive approach to work and able to work in a fast pace environment
Role Benefits
  • Salary around £30,000- £35,000 (Based on experience)
  • Perm, Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM
  • Leeds Office-Based
  • Pension Plan: Up to 10%

  • 35 days annual leave, including public holidays
