About UsMenlo Park is a multi-award-winning healthcare recruitment consultancy. We were formed in 2015 to recruit within the primary care market but have since expanded to now cover 5 different healthcare sectors. In 2020 during the heart of the pandemic we began recruiting within Adult Social Care, HealthTech, International Physicians and Medical Devices and in doing so increased our headcount from 17 to 24 members of staff.LocationWe are based in Thorpe Park in Colton, around 15 minutes (5 miles) east of Leeds City Centre. There is free parking on-site.The RoleWe are looking to employ a Recruitment Resourcer in our primary care team to work on a key phone-based project. The project is run annually and now in its sixth year, so is well-established and the role is well-defined.The role is target-based and will involve speaking to newly-qualified GPs over the phone in order to support the team of Consultants in this division. To be successful in this role you need to be resilient in handling rejection. A high level of Training will be provided.We are happy to consider applications either on a temporary or a permanent basis.Main Responsibilities
