Purpletribe is looking to recruit an in-houseRecruitment Resourcerto work in our Headingley Office.Purpletribe specialise in providing outsourced recruitment solutions to the care sector. We are NOT a recruitment agency, but we are looking to hire someone who has recruitment agency experience and/or worked in the care sector. This is not a sales roleor a typical 360 recruitment desk job, this role requires you to be able to be an account manager to our clienti.e. teach them how to recruit more effectively and support their day to day recruitment.This is an opportunity for someone to work in a fun and friendly environment at our newly refurbished offices in the centre of Headingley.We are looking for a driven, professional individual with a passion to succeed and someone who wants to help care providers move away from using expensive staffing agencies and take control of their own recruitment.Overview£20,000 - 25,000 annual salary + bonusFlexible working hours between 9am5.30pm (we can work around childcare arrangements, so these hours arent set in stone)You may prefer: 10am-2:30pm (ideal if you want to do school drop-off & pick-up)Opportunity to work within a busy team with plenty of opportunity for progression as we grow.This would ideally suit someone who has some kind of recruitment experience who wants to work but cant commit to full time employment and doesnt want to be in the cut throat world of working in an actual agency.Duties will include but are not limited to:
