Job Description

A Tech-Start-up that has recently raised their seed round ($1.7M) are now looking to hire their first Recruiter in Leeds. Their Digital Recruitment Platform will play a key role in improving the way companies find and hire the best talent throughout the world within the Industrial, Technical, Oil and Gas, on/offshore wind and solar markets.The offer:

The Role
  • Recruiting for companies on a global scale that are looking to hire technical candidates across their core markets.
  • Providing existing clients with a full recruitment service
  • Working closely with the Founders and the Business Development Director to improve the way companies find and hire talent worldwide.
About you;
  • 2+ years agency recruitment experience (Any sector)
  • Strengths lie in sourcing and building candidate relationships and managing and developing existing client relationships
  • Can work autonomously
