Recruitment Consultant - Leeds£25,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Comms + Free Parking + Surface Pro + 23 Day Hols Exciting times at TRC! We are experiencing unprecedented growth in our Perm Division and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take the reins of a 360 desk and drive a market of your choice forward.As a business we cover a multitude of sectors and disciplines, however this role will sit within our Perm Division, focusing on placing permanent candidates to businesses Nationwide.If you are highly organised, with an excellent work ethic, a hunger to succeed and experience providing a 360 perm recruitment solution, then we want to hear from you!The JobThe job will vary, but from day one you will;

  • Be responsible for building a 360 permanent recruitment desk within a market purely of your choice
  • Proactively source candidates
  • Advertise roles
  • Manage applications
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
