Construction Recruitment ConsultantUp to £35k basic (dependent on exp) + bonus + benefits Commission to 20%Leeds, City CentreFree ParkingA well-established, independent recruitment consultancy specialising in construction recruitment are seeking an individual with drive, tenacity, and the desire to forge a long-term career within a professional recruitment market.THE CLIENT: An independent construction recruitment consultancy with their offices based in Leeds. There is a team of recruitment consultants in place currently servicing business across the UK, covering temporary, contract and permanent business. They are looking to expand their business through a key individual tasked with adding value to their white-collar construction division.THE ROLE: Joining the team, you will be responsible for the new business development, although there is some existing business to work on, making contacts leading onto client visits. This is a 360-recruitment consultant role where you will take full ownership for your desk including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. The role will cover 80% permanent roles with occasional contract/temp.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Construction recruitment is ideal but other sector recruitment industry experience will be considered You will be well presented, able to communicate at all levels and have drive and tenacity.Candidates with 12mth+ experience are invited to apply, and salaries will range from £20,000 to £35,000 depending on how long you have worked in the industry.Package and Benefits:• Basic up to £35k OTE £uncapped - dependent upon experience• Excellent commission structure • Opportunity for progression • Numerous benefitsAll applications are confidential.
