Job Description

Due to continued success we are looking to add an additional Recruitment Consultant to the Huntress Leeds team. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to expand and grow our existing client based on the outskirts of Leeds. This will be witha focus on Permanent Office Support recruitment solutions across Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield.You will be supported by a Branch Manager with 10 years proven track record in the geography and with a Delivery Consultant with over 10 years background and resourcing knowledge in the area too.We enjoy the benefits of flexible and hybrid working, a competitive commission structure and overall earning potential in a supportive environment. We are a team of experienced, tenacious and enthusiastic recruiters who take pride in our service and havea mature approach to work.A minimum of three-five years experience in an agency Recruitment Consultant role is required and a proven track record within business development and client conversion is essential to this role.Responsibilities:

  • Business development and market mapping of the Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield region to identify and convert new clients
  • 360 recruitment position; sourcing candidates and filling office support vacancies
