Job Description

Our client is a Tech recruitment firm specialising acrossinvestment banking, asset management, central government, insurance, digital, and EU markets. The company is a medium sized, mature and relaxed tech group, placing no emphasis of restrictive KPIs.They offer one-to-one, fully supportive training with a senior consultant, providing trainees exposure to all aspects of the role with their mentorship.Trainees will progress at their own pace, theres no specific targets or pressure applied here, however there is potential for promotion within 3-6 months.What Theyre Offering to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

  • Manage candidate onboarding process
  • Effectively running candidate meeting
  • Develop a candidate networking
