Do you have recruitment experience03011 Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham, Manchester Leeds and London £25,000 - £40,000 pa OTE £200,000 paPurpose of the Role: Your role exists to support the talent acquisition strategy of our clients, attracting Insolvency and Restructuring candidates to job roles. You will deliver a first class and highly specialist service to our candidates and clients.Responsibilities of the Role:CandidateBuild awareness of the business in the marketplace through digital communications, digital marketing, meetings and phone calls.Become an expert in Insolvency and Restructuring Build a personal brand and reputation with our candidates Develop and adopt a process which generates a sufficient pool of candidates to place month on month.Headhunt, interview and asses potential candidates and match them with our clients.Develop a consist candidate experience.Screen candidates and draw up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.Organise interviews and meetings (virtual or in person) with candidates. Always strive to work with candidates on an exclusive basis. Help and coach applicants for interviews.Maintain the candidate database (Vincere) and the company systems.Continually develop strong relationships with our candidates.Influence candidates to understand who are our best clients are and why.Encourage candidates to give you referrals and testimonials for LI and our website.Give our candidates a first class level of service that they want to tell others about.Impress all our candidates with up to date market knowledge regarding firms, moves and high profile appointments within the sector. ClientGenerate fees in line with agreed targets.Build awareness of the business in the market place through digital communications using appropriate social media channels. Build a personal brand and reputation with clients.Develop a pipeline of potential clients who could become clients of the business and create opportunities to do business with them.Advertise vacancies to attract new and existing applicants.Manage and deliver excellent experiences for our clients. Build relationships with clients which influence their loyalty towards us.
