Job Description

Purpletribe is looking to recruit an in-house Recruitment Account Manager or Resourcer to work in our Headingley Office.Purpletribe specialises in providing managed service and outsourced recruitment solutions to the adult social care sector. We are NOT a typical recruitment agency, but we are looking to hire someone with either recruitment agency experience or care coordinatorexperience.This is not a sales role or a typical 360 recruitment desk job. This role requires you to be an account manager for your dedicated accountsi.e. teach them how to recruit more effectively, support their day-to-day recruitment activities, provide weeklyreports etc.If you love recruiting people and building relationships but hate the business development and sales part of recruitment, then this would be an excellent fit for you.This is a great career opportunity for someone to work in a fun and friendly environment at our newly refurbished offices in the centre of Headingley. You must have a good sense of humour and have a bit of banter to fit into our company culture.What we are looking for:We are looking for a driven, detail-conscious, and professional individual with a passion for success. You must enjoy helping your clients to move away from using expensive staffing agencies and enable them to take control of their own recruitment.Package Overview

  • Basic salary - £20,000 - £28,000 per annum.
  • Flexible working hours between 9:30am5.30pm (we can work around childcare arrangements, so these hours arent set in stone)
  • 28-33 days of holiday per year (based on experience).

Purpletribe is expanding, so this is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy team with plenty of opportunities for progression as we grow.Please note that this is NOT a sales/revenue targeted role. You will be an account manager. Therefore you will not have to get terms of business agreed, sort out time sheets, chase debt, worry about candidate rebates, or have a manager putting you underpressure to deliver £10K+ per month in placement fees.Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Helping clients to write better and more compelling adverts
  • Answer phone calls
  • Arrange interviews for customers
  • Call candidates about job opportunities
  • Gain market intelligence
  • Update vacancies
Experience & requirements
  • Ideally, you will have worked in recruitment or the care sector before.
  • Must be IT literate with Microsoft packages
  • Able to work 4-5 days a week (full-time or part-time available).
