Job Description

We are always looking for amazing talented people to join our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a Recruiter, this role is working part time (24.5hrs). Putting the candidates first, you will need to be independent, hard working and savvy. You will needto be able to build strong internal and external relationships, managing high volume recruitment campaigns working for our Contact Centre teams.What will I be doing

  • Managing the candidate journey and experience - undertaking telephone interviews in line with set scoring criteria across all operational areas to identify suitable candidates for all types of roles
  • Inviting candidates to telephone interviews/selection events/virtual interviews and managing candidate & hiring managers
  • Managing high volume campaigns and the attraction strategy
  • Being the point of contact for queries relating to recruitment campaigns from our candidates
  • Ensuring that all interview notes/documentation are received and managed
  • Managing the full offer process
Ideally - you will have had previous experience from within a recruitment team at either an administration, coordinator or telephone screening level. For the right candidate training will be provided.Skills were looking for
  • Ability to identify and coordinate the acquisition of great talent through managing high volume recruitment campaigns ensuring that the best quality candidates are recruited into the charity
  • Sound grasp of Assessment & Selection methods
  • Excellent communication and telephony skills
  • Strong relationship building and partnering skills with partners, hiring managers & colleagues
  • Organised, ability to plan and prioritises workload effectively
  • Continuous improvement mind-set - looking at opportunities to innovate & improve
