Job Description

In this hugely important role as a Quality Monitoring Team Leader, you will manage the delivery of quality monitoring and analysis across the CharityIn this position you will provide leadership and direction to the Quality Assessors in the allocation of duties and maintenance of agreed quality and performance standardsPlease note: This advert / role may close early if a suitable candidate is successful.What you will be doing:

  • Support the Operations Support Manager in the implementation of the long term Operations Support strategy
  • Assist in the development of operational procedures designed to provide optimum levels of service and promote a customer-focused approach throughout
  • Manage the provision of regular Management Information reporting and analysis to the management team and other internal customers
  • Conduct quality and consistency monitoring on a regular basis to ensure pre-determined standards are met and work with relevant Team Leaders to ensure improvements are made where required
  • Develop methods for the evaluation and quality control of data, to ensure integrity is maintained
  • Provide regular, effective and timely communication using the method best suited to each target groups understanding
What we want from you:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
  • The ability to lead, direct and motivate staff to meet fluctuating levels of demand
  • To set objectives and regularly review team performance against these
  • Practical use & understanding of MI with demonstrable experience of creating MI reports/dashboards to requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • The ability to influence across all levels
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills with evidence of medium and long term planning
  • Experience of conveying technical and specialist knowledge to meet the needs of the audience
