Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager for our client based in the North of England. This will be a full time permanent role based in the head office in Leeds with travel across the North to complete observations. Our client are an award winningorganisation focused on providing individuals with knowledge and skills to support them in their future endeavors through a range of courses. They are looking for a quality manager to join their close knit team and ensure the quality of the deliver is up tostandards and in line with Ofsteds expectations by observing classroom delivery, quality checks, progression of learners and successful completions and making changes and improvements on the content of the curriculum.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards the development and content of the courses being delivered
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of training material and delivery of course
  • Work with a team of internal quality assurers to observe and assess the quality of the Tutors delivery
  • Work with other departments to generate reports and ensure that all portfolios are looked after
  • Working in line with Ofsteds rules and expectations
  • Travel to classroom across the North to complete observations
Experience and Skills
  • Experience working as an IQA or Quality Manager for Colleges or Training providers in the Employability and Skills sector
  • Knowledge on Ofsted and ensuring they are working towards the expectations to successfully go through inspections
  • Experience working on contracts such as AEB, Bootcamps or apprenticeships
  • Hold an IQA qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Hold a UK drivers license and is willing to travel when required
