Job Description

Purchase ledger role with a property management company based South of Leeds centre. There is parking on site and this is an office based role which can be fulfilled on a 4 or 5 day per week basis.The post will include;

  • Managing the purchase ledger; posting invoices, statement reconciliation, making cheque/bacs payments)
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Responding on a daily basis to emails sent to the accounting team.
  • Confirm the accuracy of supplier statements and escalate any discrepancies.
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc and general accounting and administrative tasks.
