Property Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our clients in Leeds.Basic salary circa £20,000 to £25,000 PA Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm! (1 in 3 Saturdays 10.00am - 3.00PM)We have a exciting opportunity to join one of the market leading brand in Leeds. This role is for a property manager with at least 12 months experience. The successful Property Manager will be responsible for dealing with all repairs and maintenance, drawing up legal Tenancy paperwork, Tenant check ins and outs, have knowledge in completing inventories and know about compliance in respect of a residential property portfolio.Main Responsibilities: Managing reactive property maintenance using FixfloLiaising with tenants, landlords, and contractorsProviding high levels of customer serviceProcessing contractor invoicesOffice adminUnderstanding of tenant and landlord lawExperience managing residential propertyAnswering the telephone and dealing with enquiriesManaging emailFiling using electronic and paper filing systemsKey skills required:Excellent telephone manner, spoken and written skillsExcellent approach to customer service and client careClient relationship managementExcellent time management skillsHighly organisedAbility to create good working relationships within the teamAbility to build rapport with customers and suppliersAbility to work under pressureHard working and proactiveAble to multi-taskStrong IT skillsFull clean driving license Minimum 12 months experience in similar role requiredWe are seeking a Property Manager to join our clients in Leeds.Basic salary circa £20,000 to £25,000 PAMonday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm!
