Property ManagerLeeds - RoundhayHours - Monday to Friday 08.45 to 17.45 (with one hour for lunch), Saturday 10.00 to 15.00 (two on then two off, on a rota system)We are recruiting for our busy client’s office based near Roundhay. This is a small office covering a large area. They currently have over 125 managed properties and tenants stay for many years. The team have excellent business relationship with the landlords and tenants which need to be nurtured.Our client is completing more sales daily and require you to handle the day-to-day lettings to enable the Manager to expand the sales. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who would like to progress and build a future career with our client.As this is a small team, currently an office of two (with a view to expanding to three), tasks will overlap. You will be responsible for processing letting applications, tenant referencing, property maintenance, tenancy renewals, rent arrears, preparation of tenancy move outs and move ins, safety certificates, routine property visits, answering the telephone, booking appointments, and various additional administration work.This will be an ideal position for someone who possesses a skill set combining; attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to negotiate with both tenants and landlords with deposit disputes. Training and support will be given.Responsibilities and duties:· Taking inbound calls for reactive maintenance issues· Conducting out of office appointments such as Checkouts, Inspections, and Inventories· Instructing works orders· Chasing contractor invoices· Updating landlords daily the progress of maintenance works· Deposit negotiations with tenants and landlords· Communicating to landlord and tenants when dealing with maintenance and checkout conclusions· Supporting the Senior Property Manager with admin and reactive maintenanceDue to the volume of applications we receive if you have not heard from the managing consultant within 1 week please assume you have not been short listed.Kube Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is committed to a policy of equal opportunities in relation to job applications.
