Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Property Investment Sourcing Executive to join a growing property Investment company in South Yorkshire.Due to strong growth plans, they are seeking a part time Residential Property Sourcing Executive to source suitable properties for the company and its investors.You will be working 20 hours per week and will be home and on the road based, with regular communication with the Directors.The RoleYou will be working using the company systems to source properties in the South Yorkshire area and will have good knowledge of the area. You will be responsible for sourcing properties, from the first initial call to the close of the deal to purchase properties.Your roles and responsibilities will be to:

  • Search for suitable properties on the likes of Rightmove and other property marketplaces
  • Liaise with property owners and estate agents to arrange viewings on properties
  • Collect information on properties and maintain accurate records
  • Produce reports based on established requirements
  • Manage the start of the sales process.
    • About YouYou must possess a skill for consultative selling, the ability to build good & solid relationships with Estate Agents and Vendors is a must:
  • At least 2 years experience within property
  • Resilience, hunger for success.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and hit monthly targets
  • Good local knowledge
    • You will be paid a basic salary of £16000 - £18000 Pro Rata dependant on experience, additionally you will be paid comission with an OTE of £25000 to £30000 per annum Pro Rata with a good holiday allowance. There is also the opportunity for performance related bonuses.You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own car. You will be reimbursed for mileage.UCM Education specialise in placing staff throughout the UK.
