Property Inspector - £20,00022 holidays + Bank holidays 1 in 4 Saturdays + 1 in 8 Saturday and Sunday Driving license essential My Client an Estate Agent in Leeds has an exciting opportunity to join there expanding team as a Property Inspector. You will be responsible for maintaining and inspecting a portfolio of professional residential letting property (currently around 500 properties in management)Property Inspector duties: *Ensuring that inspections are carried out on a quarterly basis and Landlords are updated shortly afterwards.*Suggest improvement works to Landlords in order to maintain the fabric of the property and to make subsequent re-letting more efficient.*Ensuring that preventative maintenance work is adhered to *Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is upheld at all times*Deal with maintenance enquiries in the office.*Assist in the day to day operation of the Rentals department.Direct previous experience preferable, however knowledge, or an appreciation, of property construction and maintenance would be very beneficial and full training can be provided.CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
