Job Description

Great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a Property Company in Leeds City Centre, with offices very close to the train station and 2 days WFH. This is an interesting and varied Administration role with lots of opportunities for trainingand progression.Salary - £25,000Location - Leeds City CentreHours - 9-5.30 or 8.30-5.00The role;

  • Setting up instructions onto the Reporting system
  • Finding plans and leases from the Land Registry website
  • Finding recent rental evidence for an estimated rental value
  • Handling telephone calls and emails from surveyors to monitor progress
  • Keeping the client informed of current progress
  • Editing incoming reports - Good grasp of spelling and grammar required
  • Finding and printing out comparable evidence
  • Compiling reinstatement values
  • Liaising with Estate Agents for comparable evidence
About you -
  • Good organisational skills required
  • Ability to meet deadlines where required and to prioritise workloads where necessary
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
