Job Description

We are recruiting for a Project Manager to implement a Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution, which is currently in its design stage. The aim is to deliver Cloud Telephony service, moving away from conventional enterprise telephone systems. The clientintends to engage the services of an external company to support stakeholder workshops, capture requirements and support a procurement exercise to secure a CCaaS solution and a delivery partner to support the implementation.Project Manager OUTSIDE IR35Market Rate3 months (potentially extendable)Leeds/Hybrid (once/twice a week in the office)ASAP StartEssential Experience:

  • You must have experience implementing CcaaS (Contact Centre as a Service)
  • You will need expeirence working on cloud telephony full lifecycle projects
  • Able to manage the process of requirement gathering
  • Can business cases to unlock funding
  • Experience of managing procurement exercise to contract award
  • Experience of managing external suppliers and services
  • Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure their buy in and confidence is maintained
  • Managing and controlling projects using formal project management methodologies
  • Agile development
  • Leading large multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Effective negotiation and resource planning
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service lifecycle
Desirable Experience:
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM implementation
  • Experience of service level definition
Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering to ensure all stakeholders have been consulted and their requirements are captured
  • Business Case articulating the requirements, costs, and benefits to ensure the project secures the necessary funding and that benefits are underwritten by stakeholders
  • Procurement exercise ensuring all business requirements are reflected in the statement of requirements, technical specification and that the process for tender evaluation is robust and includes all key stakeholders
  • To manage the implementation both in terms of supplier management of the selected delivery partner but also the business change aspect - in this case review of existing processes to ensure these are challenged and adapted to exploit the new capabilitiesand opportunities the new solution is expected to provide and the associated training and documentation
  • To manage the cutover (migration) from the existing telephony solution to the new cloud solution to ensure minimal disruption to existing operational services and in such a way to ensure minimal dual running costs for both solutions
  • To manage the establishment of a support model
