Employer description:Onstate is a leading ecommerce agency based in Leeds, England. Weve been at the forefront of delivering effective ecommerce solutions since 2010.We are one of a small number of Shopify Plus Partner Agencies in the UK. Were recognised for our no-nonsense, practical approach to solving ecommerce problems for our clients.Some of the companies we partner with are well-known brands like Mamas and Papas and Issey Miyake, as well as luxury fashion and jewellery brands like Crockett & Jones and Ronald Abram. We are a friendly bunch based on the Calls in the heart of Leeds.Overview:We currently work a flexible hybrid model of working.Everyone gets a tailored learning and development plan, as you would expect, and were keen to support people in their ongoing development. Some of the team have side hustles, and were supportive of these; were an ambitious bunch and love to see entrepreneurialspirit.You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship.Whilst we focus solely on the world of ecommerce, thats not to say that the job is the same from project to project. Were constantly looking for new ways to deliver more value to seek out new revenue opportunities in the world of ecommerce, and ProjectManagers at Onstate play their role.This role will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and report to the Head of Technology & Operations.Salary:£18 - £24k per annum --- depending on experience.[Regular salary reviews during your apprenticeship and on successful completion of your degree]Duties:You can expect to work on the following types of duties:

  • Helping to run discovery and client sessions
  • Working across projects and retainers for different clients
  • Scoping and planning work
  • Client liaison and communications
  • Internal liaison across teams
  • Briefing work to design, development and marketing colleagues
  • Project and financial reporting - progress, burndown, margin against budget etc.
  • Providing cover to your project management colleagues
  • Participating in internal ideation and group sessions
  • Contributing towards a continuous improvement view of the process and ways of working
What we are looking for:About you:We would hope youd be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and attributes:

Were less focused on the tools used to achieve the result, but we gravitate around Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically XD and Illustrator.If you have a degree or industry-relevant qualification, great! If not, dont sweat it. Were very much about results and experience. If you bring the right attitude, well help with the knowledge gaps.Hybrid / Remote - Applicant must be prepared to travel to the Leeds location on a weekly basis. There is no negotiation on this requirement. However, there is a strong working from home element.Entry Requirements:
  • 120 UCAS Tariff points
From a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A level or BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas.Benefits:

Future prospects:92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.Important Information:QAs apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
