Were helping our client appoint a Project Manager to join the IT Change team, a hybrid role based in Leeds. The ideal candidate will plan, oversee and document all aspects of a project, have experience of working in B2B and Direct to Customer environment,also support development resource planning and project budgeting.In return, as a Project Manager, you can expect a basic salary of up to £57,000 plus bonus, a flexible working culture, Income Protection, Life Insurance plus much more!With a game changer reputation in the insurance industry, this client continues to dominate awards for their Customer Service and as an Employer. They invest ridiculous amounts of time coaching and developing their colleagues whilst living and breathing their5 key values.Project Manager Responsibilities* Scope definition - working with key stakeholders to ensure agreed before project moves forwards to requirements elicitation.* Time and cost estimation - working with both business and technical experts to provide estimates allowing for key stakeholders to make scope and priority decisions across projects and supporting the CTO in overall planning and delivery.* Identification and management of Risks and Issues - ensuring documented and the appropriate mitigating actions established and where required executed.* Providing support post implementation - ensure the project benefits and KPIs are measured and reported, projects will be managed from inception and scoping phases through to their delivery and where required handover to BAU.* Overseeing programme workflow and ensuring that the backlog is managed whilst providing support to ensure that the prioritisation process led by the CTO is running efficiently.Project Manager Skills & Requirements* Proven track record in leading change.* Managing multiple teams, internal, partners and 3rd party specialist teams.* Strong stakeholder management skills.* Experience of project methodologies, Agile and Waterfall.* Financial Services sector experience.Company Benefits* Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office* Flexible Working Culture* Electric Car Leasing Scheme* Contributory Pension Scheme* Income Protection, Life Insurance* Enhanced Maternity / Paternity LeaveThis is an exciting opportunity for which we expect a significant number of applications.
