Job Description

There is opportunity to travel, meet clients and manage interestingturnkey projects.As Project Manager you will oversee and coordinate your own workload of multiple interior projects interior fit out, partitioning systems, and storage equipment installations to time and budget ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining/increasing estimated profit margins.Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing a project from handover to completion -on time, to budget
  • Procurement of materials, labour, plant etc
  • Site surveys and installation drawings
  • Co-ordination of multiple contractors - preparing program of works
  • Preparation of all relevant health and safety documents, including acting as principal contractor when required, following CDM regulations
  • Monitoring progress of projects and carrying out site inspections
  • Liaising with the customer throughout project, carry out site progress meetings as and
  • when required
  • Responsible for submitting all invoices throughout the project up to completion
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00Location: LeedsHoliday: 20 + SBH 3 for Christmas shut down SBHSalary: £25,000 - £30,000 DOE Uncapped BonusCompany car after probation and progress reviewRequirements
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Clean) Confirmed
  • Ability to work away from home from time to time to suit the needs of the business
