Job Description

Our client is progressing a transformational change programme for its Corporate Processes and Systems Programme. This is a multimillion-pound programme involving change to processes, systems and ways of working across a significant proportion of the organisations business functions. Im looking to recruit a subject matter expert to provide hands-on leadership and insight to Delivery Teams which are scoping, developing, planning and implementing changes across several services. I need experienced individuals with a track record of collaborating and adapting to deliver large, complex business and functional change activities within a mix of areas including Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Financial and Operational Planning and Purchasing. Successful candidates will be passionate about change management and have highly developed capabilities in relationship building and delivering results in complex environments. You will have a remit to work closely with the Programme People Lead and Business Leads to build change capability within the business functions impacted by change. The roles are for 18 months and will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of the programme. Its an important role to bridge between the technical subject matter experts and the end client and will therefore need exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will also have a significant track record in leading and motivating project teams tasked with planning and delivering transformational change within business functions.
