Job Description

As a leader in the marketplace, WTW offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of project work and data analysis preferably with pensions knowledge. As part of our Special Projects team (for our Leeds clients) you willwork within adynamic pensions administration function servicing both internal and external clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution.This vacancy is based in Leeds with a hybrid workstyle of two days in the office with the team.The Role

  • Support on key projects including: analysing data in excel; creating calculation pro-forma; producing test packs for automation changes; testing and signing off calculation changes
  • Understand and communicate data issues / cleanse requirements
  • Scope and cost small project requirements and monitor the spend versus budget
  • Monitor and provide updates on specific tasks within projects
  • In conjunction with the Team Leader, ensure that all delivery promises and performance standards are achieved
  • Escalate problems to Team Leader and agree best approach
  • Challenge procedures to identify process improvements and pass on recommendations to Team Leader
  • Share knowledge and expertise with other members of the team
  • Identify associate training needs and raise with Team Leader, proposing solutions where appropriate.
  • Assist in due diligence exercises, analysing data quality, identifying data issues and proposing solutions
  • Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members needs and to promote the WTW brand
  • Work with the Team Leader to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs e.g. automation, full use of standard products
The Requirements
  • Strong data analysis and manipulation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential
  • Team player
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy
  • Customer and quality focused
  • Experience of dealing with occupational pension schemes is preferred.
