We are seeking a project support worker who will help us to make the promise of this programme a reality for our diverse churches.Barnabas: Encouraging ConfidenceOur diocesan vision is to see confident Christians, growing churches, transforming communities. Barnabas: Encouraging Confidence is an holistic, targeted programme of support for our churches, offering resource across seven key themes.We are looking for someone who is able to work relationally and in detail so that the support we have available is matched to churches. They will be a person who has strong interpersonal skills, experienced at working with volunteers, who is able to workat pace alongside a fast moving team.The post is for a fixed term of three years and is 35 hours per week but open to part time options.The package includes a competitive salary, flexi-time scheme, an 8% non-contributory pension with an additional 5% matched contributions, hybrid working (50%), and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and four customary days a year (between Christmasand New Year).Closing date for Applications: 7 December 2022Interviews: 15/16 December 2022
