Job Description

Product OwnerLeeds£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus & benefitsThe CompanyWorking at the heart of digital transformation a role is available for aProduct Owner to take ownership and responsibility for driving adoption and embedding a key technology solution across the firm. This global Legal Professional Services group, operatingwithin the UK, Europe, US and Asia, has a reputation for delivering outstanding services and innovative product solutions. The business has established a track record for driving excellence within service delivery.Key Responsibilities of the Product Owner

  • Reporting to the Solutions Manager the Product Owner will support the delivery of legal document technology solutions strategy
  • Lead and support on technology projects within the legal document solutions workstream to both raise the profile of the teams objectives firm-wide as well as ensuring it becomes embedded in day to day practice
  • Embed yourself within the firm collaborating with multiple senior stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver both strategic and operational legal technology solutions
  • Have a specific focus of internally driving the awareness and adoption of legal tech solutions, this may involve an operational involvement in pitches and proposals.
  • Take a proactive role in upskilling stakeholders in tech solutions across the business
  • Work collaboratively with multiple senior stakeholders within international operations teams
Skills & Attributes of the Product Owner
  • Demonstratable experience of working a technology tool or platform
  • Ability to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, understand issues and raise awareness of tools and technologies
  • Experience in within professional services is ideal
  • Experience in delivery methodologies like Waterfall and/or Agile and Product Ownership desirable
  • Experience with business analysis and/or project management would be desirable but not essential
