Job Description

Were recruiting for three Product Managers to work across our Gaming business, giving you exposure to some of the UKs leading Gaming brands including Sky Vegas, Casino and Bingo.The three vacancies are split across Bingo, Casino and Native!As a Product Manager in the Gaming Tribe will you play an integral role in developing new improvements and enhancements to your product area. Whether thats in Casino, building a new stable, robust platform to continue to optimise the product for our traditionalcasino audience, appealing to gaming and bet-led customers. Or Bingo, where youll be responsible for improving the customer experience, with an agile team of engineers and designers to maintain a stable and robust platform and bring features and experiencesthat entertain our customers. The Native role is all about setting out the vision for our native products, both iOS and Android.Youll have a dedicated agile team of engineers, business analysts and work with designers to prioritise, test and optimise key journeys across the site to improve our over key conversion metrics and continue to bring the best experiences to our players. WHAT YOULL DO

  • Reporting to a Senior Product Manager, you will take responsibility for the roadmap and backlog for your product and help to develop the future strategy.
  • Engage with senior team members in marketing, acquisition, tech and product to understand their needs and ensure alignment on the objectives for what the product experience needs to achieve.
  • Use discovery and idea validation techniques to gain confidence in your solutions and define clear future roadmaps for your initiatives, working closely with designers, researchers, analysts and engineers.
  • Working within your squad of Engineers, BAs and Agile Delivery Leads, running regular ceremonies and prioritisation exercises and educating them on the importance of each initiative whether thats through improving our skills and tools, leading one of ourceremonies or giving helpful feedback in our design team crit sessions.
  • Understand and manage the wider business dependencies and needs to ensure your plans can be completed in the given timeframe and achieve the objectives set.

  • By building positive relationships with team members to develop trust, balancing their needs with what is technically feasible and possible within the timeframe.
  • By demonstrating customer empathy and focusing on problems that help develop creative experiences that our customers love to drive retention and engagement.
  • Working with the rest of the product team to keep aligned on initiatives and share your experiences, skills and knowledge, helping us to continue to grow and evolve.
