Job Description

Product Design LeadThis is a role for an experienced Product Design Lead, who is as passionate about the visual as the experience and interaction design. Youll enjoy solving complex design challenges, being an advocate for Design Thinking and validating ideas with data and customer research. Youll not only be working on our product experience but inspire and elevate the team by producing customer-centric work that is always raising the bar.Key responsibilities

  • Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users
  • Help shape the product strategy and vision  Working within the product team to define our customers needs
  • Always researching and bringing forward new findings and learnings
  • Wire-framing and validating your design solutions
  • Identifying success metrics
  • Produce high quality sketches, wireframes and mock-ups at various degrees of fidelity, as necessary throughout the design process
  • Define creative, usable, high quality interactions and experiences
  • Participating in ongoing design reviews and iterations during the sprint
  • Have a strong relationship with the development team, working closely to ensure a seamless implantation
  • Review the performance of each product release, and identify learnings
  • Contributing to and evolving our design system
  • Work with and mentor junior members of the team
