Shift Process Technician - Leeds Elevation are currently recruiting a process technician to join a manufacturing business based in Leeds. Our client is a large organisation who have a family feel to them and who can give you the opportunity to join a great engineering team! Reporting into the plant manager you will be responsible for day to day operations, health and safety, reliability and routine maintenance duties. Shifts: 4 on 4 off As a Process Technician you will need to have previous experience with the below:*Safe day to day operation of the plant facilities from raw material to finish product *Health and safety experience, working on a plant to look after delivering safety, quality and audits*Monitor all maintenance activity, permit to works, inspecting maintenance to make sure it has been completed to correct level and completing all administrative tasks and paper work *Perform routine maintenance, calibrations and safety checks on process laboratory equipment to maximise equipment reliability and minimize the need for maintenance*Develop all safety procedures and continuous improvement of these safety procedures *Project work Qualifications and skills needed: *Degree in Engineering or science or equivalent *NEBOSH certified *Self-motivated and hardworking, ability to progress and can work to procedures If you want to discuss this position in more detail, please call Stephanie Nurse at Elevation Recruitment Group.Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on manufacturing positions in Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.
